学校体育场馆资源与社会共享研究综述

【摘 要】By using literature data method and logical analysis, the literature about the status of sports facilities construction, management and opening up in China's schools as well as sports facilities construction and opening countermeasures in foreign schools are researched. It show that the construction of school sports facilities in China is uneven, the level of planning and construction of venues is not high, market-oriented and society- oriented level is lower, and the management is lagging behind; the utilization of school stadiums resource is low, and openness is not enough; the macro literature of society opening is more, and the micro-practice literature is less. The paper proposes to strengthen the leading role of the government, promoting social participation, strengthening policy research, accelerating the integration mechanisms of school sports and community sports.%采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国学校体育场馆建设与管理现状、对外开放现状、国外学校体育场馆建设与开放情况以及对外开放的对策等文献资料进行研究,指出我国学校体育场馆建设区域发展不平衡,场馆规划与建设水平不高,市场化、社会化程度较低,管理落后;学校体育场馆资源利用率较低,对外开放程度不够;对社会开放的宏观研究文献较多,微观实践研究文献较少.建议增强政


府主导作用,促进社会参与,加强政策研究,加快推进学校体育和社会体育一体化的体制机制建设.
