浅析美国伍兹霍尔海洋研究所科学考察船运行管理

【摘 要】海洋科学考察船是开展海洋科学考察研究最为根本的支撑平台，其运行管理成本高、风险大，且直接关系到海洋科学考察的水平与实效。文章针对美国伍兹霍尔海洋研究所科学考察船的运行管理，从科考船基本情况、科考船运行管理组织机构和运作机制及其与船载科学服务的协同等方面进行了初步解析，以求为我国科考船运行管理提供借鉴。%Oceanographic Research Vessel is the most fundamental support platform to carry out investigation and study marine science.It features high operation cost,big risk,and directly im-pacts the level and effectiveness of marine scientific expedition.This paper was to reveal the oper-ation and management of research vessels of Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution on the points of RVs’ general

conditions,organization and operation mechanism associated with its support services and shore operations,aiming to provide reference for our research vessels’operation and management. 【总页数】5页(P34-38)
