Target one: Parents 目标1：家长

The key step is catch the kids’s parents. To my view, the parents’ opinions of your training centre depend on what you say and what you do,if you can plan well and introduce well, persuading them,you will be the winner, you should keep you promise of course.

最重要的是可以先说服学生家长。在我看来，学生家长对你们培训机构的看法取决于你怎么介绍，怎么做，如果你可以很好的推销你的机构并说服他们，那你就成功了，但是你必须做到你的承诺。

 post advertisements on website,like 百度贴吧,58同城，wechat，qq，etc.

在网上发广告，比如百度贴吧，58同城，微信，qq，等等 2. off line：线下

 sheets，poster，phone sale，activities（free class），etc。 发宣传单，贴海报，电话销售，搞活动等等（免费试听课） 3. sth special其他建议

 try to get contact information of parents，you can buy from some luxury shop，real estate medium, shop mall,etc.Then make call sale.想办法拿到家长的联系方式，从奢侈品店，房产中介那里买联系方式等，为电话销售做准备。


 Cooperate with some luxury shops，like cosmetic shops，if some mothers buy their cosmetic up to 1000RMB，there will be a discount of your training center，or you give the shops a percentage or agency fee if they can recruit students for you. 和奢侈品店，化妆品店合作，如果家长去买化妆品到一定金额，比如1000元，可以跟他们说报你们培训班给一定折扣。你可以以提成或者中介费的方式回报这些商店。 Target two: Kids目标2：孩子
