【摘 要】In recent years, there is a good condition for the construction of ecological civilization based on the work for environmental protection in mines. On this basis, this paper focuses on some proposes for improving the construction of ecological civilization. These include: prevention and control of geological disaster must be contunually strengthened in the course of the construction of industrialization, informationization, urbanization and agricultural modernization. Accountability system, compensation for damages, and restoration with regard to mine geological environment should be established. Meanwhile, the functions for groundwater monitoring and supervision and protection should be earnestly carried out and continuously reinforced. Both investigation and evaluation and industrial development of shallow geothermal resource should be further promoted. And we should put great efforts on energy production and consumer revolution, as well as geological culture and boutique geological park construction for cultural construction and local economic and social development.% 地质环境友好是生态文明建设的基础，近年来我国的地质环境保护工作为生态文明建设提供了良好的基础。未来要不断加强新“四化”建设过程中的地质灾害防治工作；探索建立矿山地质环境责任追究制
