1.能够领略生活中大自然的美。

2.学生在阅读绘本的过程中享受绘本阅读，乐于阅读绘本内容，为今后进一步的绘本阅读打好基础。 【教学重难点】

读懂绘本内容，理解故事情节。 【教学准备】

PPT课件，教学板书等。 【教学过程】 Pre-reading

1.Free talk: talk about the seasons.

2.Let's sing : What's your favourite season? 3.T:Today we'll learn a picture book. Look! While-reading

1.Talk about the cover of the book.

2.Enjoy the picture books and answe the who, where, what and when.

PPT shows the reading tip: Pictures in the picture book can help us understand the story better.

3. Read the first page and learn to say: hollow. Get the meaning of the “hollow tree”from the pictures.

Tip: Pictures can help us understand the new words. 4.T: What does Nicholas like to do in the spring?

Ss read ,listen and answer. Learn to say：chase the butterflies

5.Let’s match ：Match the phrases with the pictures.

6.Check the answer and learn the next four pages. Help the Ss try to read the new words. Tip：If you meet the new words, try to read them.

7.Read and answer: What does the bunny like to do in the fall?
