Positive Energy

The word “positive energy” is specially hot these days. However, most people don’t know that the word is a Physics concept at first. In physics, positive energy often means any state with energy greater than the ground state. But today, we usually use its extended meaning which is the feelings that make people up and hope, so that life becomes full of sunshine and happiness.

If you are with someone who has negative energy, you will feel unsafe, nervous, uncomfortable and in a dreadful state. However, if you are with someone who has positive energy, you will feel safe relaxed and he will also exudes such as kindness, compassion, empathy. And then, you will feel better than alone.

We need positive energy to adapt to the fast pace of life and to reduce the burden of study and life. If our society can have more representatives of positive energy, it will be more beautiful. Therefore the existence of the positive energy can make our lives become happier and more meaningful.

As the saying goes ”Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learning to dance in the rains”. In order to hold positive energy, I have some suggestions.

First is paying more attention on the positive news. I don’t think it’s a smart way to care about the negative news, it would make us depression.


Second, do not complain about others and face up to yourself. Third, reading books and sharing your points with your friends. I also hold that reading is a good way to promoting ourselves. And then, you should clear that you’re nothing without the people who give their hands when you are in trouble, and be grateful to them. Last but not least, be self-confident and insist on your own dream.

Sunshine is to flowers what positive energy is to our society. Let us to be a person full of positive energy, it is not only for ourselves, but also to make the world a better place for us to live.
