泛在学术环境下科研人员知识共享行为影响因素研究

【摘 要】介绍了泛在学术（UA）环境及其特点,在现有成果基础上分析UA环境下科研人员知识共享行为的影响因素,建立了影响因素研究模型,以中国科学院的科研人员及研究生为调查对象,进行实证研究。数据分析结果表明,感知有用性和知识质量对UA环境信任有显著正向影响,进而对科研人员参与UA环境知识共享行为有显著正向影响。感知成本和感知风险对UA环境信任有显著负向影响,进而对科研人员参与UA环境知识共享行为有负影响。%After analyzing the Ubiquitous Academic（UA） environment and its characteristics,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the knowledge sharing behaviors of scientific research personnel in the UA environment based on the existing research results.The paper establishes the model of influence factors.Taking the researchers and graduate students of the Chinese Academy of Sciences as the object of survey,the paper makes an empirical study.The results of data analysis show that perception usability and knowledge quality have obvious positive influence on UA environment trust,and further have obvious positive influence on researchers’ participation in knowledge sharing in the UA environment.The perception cost and risk have obvious negative influence on UA environment trust,and further have negative


influence on researchers’ participation in knowledge sharing in the UA environment.
