企业制定规章制度的作用



一、依法制定的规章制度可以保障企业合法有序地运作，将纠纷降低到最低限度。

二、好的企业规章制度可以保障企业的运作有序化、规范化，降低企业经营成本。

三、规章制度可以防止管理的任意性，保护职工的合法权益；对职工来讲服从规章制度，比服从主管任意性的指挥更易于接受，制定和实施合理的规章制度能满足职工公平感的需要。

四、优秀的规章制度通过合理的设置权利、义务及责任，使职工能预测到自己的行为和努力的后果，激励员工为企业的目标和使命努力奋斗。
