2、锻炼幼儿的手臂力量及平衡能力。 游戏准备： 空旷的安全场地; 游戏玩法：

三人一组，两人抬轿一人坐轿。抬轿的两人各自把左手掌握在右手腕上，然后互相把右手握在对方左手腕上，形成一"井"字形。坐轿者双脚各插进抬轿者双手形成的环圈中，坐在手掌形成的"井"字上。玩时各组侧向疾跑，快者为胜。坐轿、抬轿者轮换担任。
