【摘 要】牛轮状病毒是犊牛腹泻的重要病原之一,轮状病毒的快速、准确检测对于疾病监测和疫情控制极为重要.文章总结了牛轮状病毒检测技术的发展概况,综述了经典检测技术、免疫技术、基因检测技术等分子生物学新方法的研究进展,并探讨了其在病毒检测中的优缺点及发展趋势.%Bovine rotaviruses is the major pathogens causing calve diarrhea, therefore, it is very important to establish a quick and sensitive method for bovine rotaviruses detection. The principles and applications of detection techniques were summarized in this review, including immunological and molecular biological techniques, and the development trends of these techniques and their advantages and disadvantages in bovine rotaviruses detection were analyzed.
