Its really a wonderful news that the policy of“double-lightening the burden" has been carried out.

However， students have to deal with the new challenge of making the best of their time after school.Here are my suggestions.

First ofall， we should listen to our teachers carefully and take notes of key points in class. And its also advisable to ask for help whenever we have trouble in our study.

For example we can discuss the problems with our classmates or turn to our teachers after class Secondly，finish homework effectively，which means we should develop the ability of concentrating on what we are doing Thirdly， we are supposed to take up some healthy and meaningful hobbies to enrich our after-school life.Last but not least， we can do some housework or volunteer work to gain some useful life skills.

As far as Im concerned， with the policy successfully carried out，we will enjoy a happier life and grow into a better person.

"Opinions"）."Double Reduction" in this document refers to a reduction in the amount and time required by school homework and a reduction in the burden of after-school"subject-based" training programs.

Some students and their parents embrace the policy because it can reduce students learning burden and facilitate overall development by providing more non-academic education classes.In contrast，people worry that the policy will lead to lower academic achievementsAs a student who has been through compulsory education， how can we arrange study plans for students to guarantee a happy and fulflling childhood during the compulsory education period under the Double Reduction Policy？
